How it works, and where it stops
Not the terms: the things you would otherwise find out by running into them. The numbers on this page are the ones the service uses today.
First, confirm your email address
Bills are read once you have confirmed your address. Before that you can sign in and look around, but uploads, forwarded mail and the assistant wait.
How much each plan takes
The monthly allowance counts documents taken in for reading, and deleting a document does not give it back; it starts again on the first of the month. Stored bills are counted as they lie, so deleting one frees its place. Questions to the assistant are counted by the hour and by the month, and emptying the conversation does not reset them.
Forwarding bills by email
Part of the plans marked in the table. On a plan without it your property’s address is kept, but letters to it stay unread until the plan changes; then what is still waiting is read.
No person, no reading
If nobody opens the account for — days, forwarded bills stop being read: they would be read for no one. We write to you about it once. The letters wait for up to — days, and once you sign in we read what has gathered.
Changing the plan
A plan begins with the payment for it. Moving between Plus and Pro inside a subscription therefore takes effect at the next billing date, up as well as down. Cancelling keeps the plan to the end of the period already paid for.
A property over the plan goes to sleep
Nothing is deleted: you can read it, export it and delete it. Nothing can be added to it, and letters to it wait. Every — days you may choose which property the plan keeps.
What stays yours on a smaller plan
Copies of bills without personal data, made while a plan included them, stay and can be downloaded on any plan; new ones are not made. Reports and the export of your data are free on every plan. The assistant, on a plan that has it, answers about sleeping properties too: they are yours to read like any other.
What we keep
The original of a bill is deleted once it has been read. Personal data is covered with labels before any AI sees the text. A photograph goes to the AI as it is — and only with your consent, asked for every picture.
A program reads the numbers
It can be wrong. Every figure keeps the line of the document it was taken from: check it before you act on it.
Deleting means deleting
A deleted document goes with its file, its copy and its bills. An account is deleted — days after you ask, and can be brought back until then. Payments stay in the accounts without your name.
