A made-up bill: the company, the person and the address do not exist. The same figures are read in the example inside the app.
A utility bill is six bills in one.
Each line has its own meter or its own tariff, and each changes for its own reason. The total moves as soon as any one of them does — which is why the total was never the number worth reading.
- Heating
- Hot water
- Water
- Common area electricity
- Building management
- Waste
Your bank and the manager’s portal do not answer this.
They show the amount and the due date. Neither says that heating fell and the tariff did not move.

Hand it over. It is read line by line. Then compared.
- 1A PDF, a photograph, or the letter forwarded to the property’s own address.
- 2Each service with its quantity and its tariff — after your personal data is covered.
- 3Against the previous bill: for every line, whether you used more or the tariff rose.
You paid 27.45 € less than in February. Almost all of it is heating: the building took 0.49 Gcal less. The tariff did not move — 68.40 € per Gcal, the same as in February.

Some months are simply ordinary. When nothing changed, the reading says so: the same use, the same tariffs. That is an answer too.
What happens to your document.
- 1You see what will be hidden before anything is sent. The black marks are drawn on your screen first. You can add one or take one away.
- 2Only the masked text is read.Services, quantities, tariffs and sums — nothing that names you.
- 3The original is not kept. The file goes once it has been read. The figures stay, each with the line it came from.
- 4You can delete it all.One reading, or the account and everything in it.
